  • Feb. 4: World Cancer Day 
  • Feb. 4: Palliative care physician Dr. Carrie Stallings will discuss living well and planning ahead, including what to know about advance directives and palliative care, during this month’s first Wellness Wednesdays webinar.
  • Feb. 6: National Wear Red Day® 
  • Feb. 6: Cancer Support Community Atlanta, affiliated with Northside Hospital Cancer Institute, will begin a four-week Cancer Transitions program to help cancer survivors move from active treatment to post-treatment care.

  • Feb. 24: Cancer Support Community Atlanta will host Heart health: During and after cancer treatment — focusing on heart health and cancer-related risk factors. 
  • Feb. 25: Two opportunities to join a Wellness Wednesdays webinar. Cardiologist Dr. Thomas Middour will discuss updates in atrial fibrillation treatments, while Christy Collins, CNP, will present on understanding infertility.
